Tilly's chilli

To make this scrumptious meal, I used Tilly Ramsay's cook book. I have used this book for many meals and I highly recommend using it because it is easy to follow and the results always turn out beautifully.
In the book Tilly recommends a cornbread recipe to go with the chilli. I had my chilli with cheese and nachos because I didn't have enough flour at the time, but I will certainly be trying out her cornbread recipe in future, as I am sure it will be delicious too! (My sister makes corn bites occasionally, which I assume is similar to cornbread, and they are splendid.)
Instead I simply laid out some nachos onto a lined baking tray. I covered them in lots of cheese. You can use your favourite type of cheese for this! Then simply put it under the grill for 3 minutes. Serve the nachos in a bowl and place Tilly's chilli on top. Add any further toppings of your choice and enjoy.
The book I recommend is called Tilly's Kitchen Takeover and it has 60 different recipes inside for, meals, snacks deserts and healthy food.
