To make this easy pizza, I used the recipe on the flour packet from Aldi called Cotswood Pizza Flour but there many recipes on the internet which are similar.

The basic ingredients are,

200g Flour

5g Yeast

1 tsp Salt

125g tepid water

Tomato passata

Mozzarella

I followed the method below but doubled the amount to make 4 individualised pizzas and this was the perfect quantity. This enabled me to personalise each one and cater for any dietary requirements or allergies.

1.Sieve flour and salt into the bowl.

2.Whist the yeast into warm water.

3.Add and mix together using your hands.

4. Once mixed together knead on a floured worktop until a smooth dough is formed.

5. Cover and rest the dough for ten minutes.

6. After ten minutes, divide the dough into 2 and form them into round ball shapes.

7. Cover and allow to prove until they double in size.

8. The dough is now ready to be rolled out and topped as desired.

For the toppings I used, mozzarella, ham and cheddar but you can use tomatoes, bacon, chicken, peppers, sweetcorn, pepperoni etc.

To make this scrumptious meal, I used Tilly Ramsay's cook book. I have used this book for many meals and I highly recommend using it...
